| Abstract: | Ce travail a essayé d’éclairer l'évaluation de la rentabilité financière du processus de compostage des restes de légumes et de fruits collectés au niveau du marché de gros d'Al-Karma, dans la wilaya d'Oran. Pour déterminer si cette activité est économiquement viable. On a procédé à effectuer une étude de l’unité pour évaluer les indicateurs de compost dans la région et estimer la quantité de déchets collectés. Et on a procédé également à 'analyser les coûts d'investissement spécifiques à Al-Karma, tels que l'aménagement de l'installation de compostage, ainsi que les coûts opérationnels locaux, y compris la main-d'oeuvre et les coûts de transport. D’où on a calculé les différentes composantes comptables et on a fait une analyse de la rentabilité financière qui a pris en compte les revenus potentiels de la vente du compost, ainsi que les dépenses d’amortissement |
| Description: | This work tries to shed light on the evaluation of the financial profitability of the process of composting the remains of vegetables and fruits collected at the level of the wholesale market of Al-Karma, in the Wilaya of Oran. To determine if this activity is economically viable. A survey of the unit was carried out to assess the indicators of compost in the area and to estimate the amount of waste collected. And we also proceed to analyze the investment costs specific to Al-Karma, such as the development of the composting installation, as well as the local operational costs, including the labor and the costs. Transport. From where we calculated the different accounting components and we made an analysis of the financial profitability which took into account the potential income from the sale of the compost, as well as the amortization expenses. |
