| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة بعنوان صورة الجسم لدى المرأة المصابة بالداء السكري تم التطرق إلى تعریف داء السكري أنواع وطرق علاج داء السكري، وذكر أهمیته لدى المرأة المصابة، حیث تمحورت دراستنا على أن المرأة المصابة بداء السكري تعاني من صورة جسمیة سلبیة، وما نجم عنها إنعكاسات نفسیة مضطربة، وكذا التعرف على أهم المراحل والصعوبات التي یمر بها من خلال إصابتهم وتعرضهم لهذا المرض (داء السكري المزمن)، وما یترتب عنه من التشوهات التي تعكس على صورتهم الجسمیة من إختلالات، كما تبین الإنعكاس الذي یمس الصحة النفسیة بصفة عامة والصحة الجسدیة بصفة خاصة ومن هنا ما جاء به في هذا البحث المتواضع. جاءت الدراسة الحالیة بالتعرف على طبیعة الصورة الجسمیة لدى المصابین بداء السكري والمشاكل التي تنتج عن هذا المرض. وقد تم صیاغة فرضیات الدراسة وفق التساؤلات المطروحة من أجل تحقیق صحتها ثم الإعتماد على ثلاثة حالات مصابة بداء السكري بمستشفى یوسف دمرجي بتیارت، وتم الإعتماد على المنهج العیادي الذي یعتمد على دراسة الحالة باستخدام المقابلة العیادیة ومقیاس صورة الجسم. حیث حددت هذه الدراسة في التساؤل التالي: هل یوجد لدى مرضى الداء السكري تشوه أو إضطراب في الصورة الجسمیة؟ لقد تحققت الفرضیة العامة: یوجد لدى مرضى داء السكري تشوهات وإضطراب الجسمیة. لقد تحققت الثلاث الفرضیات الجزئیة وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالیة: یشعر المصابین بداء السكري بالدونیة. یؤثر مرض السكري على الصورة الجسمیة والصحة النفسیة. ولم تتحقق الفرضیة الأخیرة عدم تقبل مرضى الداء السكري لصورتهم الجسمیة. |
| Description: | This study aimed to define diabetes, the types and treatment methods of diabetes, and mentioning its importance in affected women, as our study focused on the fact that women with diabetes suffer from a negative body image. and what resulted in disturbed psychological repercussions, as well as identifying the most important stages and difficulties they go through through their injury and exposure to this disease (chronic diabetes), and the resulting distortions that reflected in their image. Physical imbalances, as reflected in the reflection that affects mental health in general and physical health in particular, hence what emerged from this modest research. The present study identified the nature of body image of people with diabetes and the problems that arise from it. The hypotheses of the study were formulated according to the questions raised in order to reach their validity and then based on three cases of diabetes in Youssef Damerji Hospital in Tiaret, and the clinical approach was used, which depends of the case study using the clinical interview and the body image scale. This study identified the following question: Do diabetic patients have a body image deformity or disorder? The general hypothesis is verified: Diabetic patients have physical abnormalities and disorders. The three partial hypotheses were met and we arrived at the following results: People with diabetes feel inferior. Diabetes affects physical image and mental health. The last hypothesis that diabetic patients did not accept their body image was not met. |
