| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الإساءة العاطفية أثناء مرحلة الطفولة على العجز عن التعبير عن العواطف لدى الراشد (الألكستيميا) إنطلاقا من التساؤل الآتي: هل تؤدي الإساءة العاطفية في مرحلة الطفولة على العجز عن التعبير عن العواطف لدى الراشد؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي كونه المنهج النسب لدراستنا والملائم لمتغيرات البحث، كما تم استخدام المقابلة العياد ية نصف موجهة، والملاحظة العيادية وتطبيق مقياس خبرات الإساءة في مرحلة الطفولة، وتطبيق مقياس تورنتو للأليكستيميا على حالات الدراسة التي تكونت من حالتين، من الإ ناث من طالبات الإقامة الجامعية أسيا كبير – تيارت تراوحت أعمارهن بين - 25 و 30 سنة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على: أن الإساءة العاطفية في مرحلة الطفولة تؤدي إلى العجز عن التعبير عن العواطف (الألكستيميا) في مرحلة الرشد. |
| Description: | This study aimed to find out the effect of emotional abuse during childhood on the inability to express emotions in an adult (alexithymia)، based on the following question: Does emotional abuse in childhood lead to the inability to express emotions in an adult? To achieve the objectives of the study، we relied on the clinical approach as it is the most appropriate approach for our study and appropriate to the research variables. The semi-directed clinical interview، clinical observation، application of the Childhood Abuse Experience Scale ، and the application of the Toronto Alexithymia Scale were used on the study cases، which consisted of two cases of females. University residence students Asia Kabeer - Tiaret - their ages ranged between 25 and 30 years، they were chosen in a deliberate manner، and the results of the study revealed thatemotional abuse in childhood leads to the inability to express emotions (alexithymia) in adulthood. |
