| Abstract: | إن الاستعمار الفرنس ي في الجزائر تميز عن باقي الدول الوروبية المستعمرة، بأنه استعمار استيطاني يتملك الرض وينتزعها من اصحابها الاصليين ويجعلها سوقا مفتوحا أمام الوروبيين، وذلك من خلال اصداره مجموعة من القوانين المجحفة التي زعزعت أواصر المجتمع الجزائري. ولعل أبرز هذه القوانين قانون سينا ت وس كونسيلت 1863 ، وقانون وارني 1873 بالضافة الى قانون 1897 ، فكان كل قانون مكمل للقانون الذي يليه وكان الهدف والغاية منها واحد وهو خدمة الاستيطان. فنتج عن هذه السياسة العقارية انعكاسات أثرت على المجتمع وكانت بداية للتفكك الاجتماعي. |
