dc.description	The French colonialism in Algeria Was distinguished From the rest of the European colonialists countries used as a settler colonialism that owns the land and extracts it from its original owners and makes it an open market for Europeans, through issuing a set of unfair laws that make the Algerians Society in a big dificulties. The most important of these laws is Senatus council law of 1863, and the Warnier law act of 1873 in addition to the Act of 1897, Each law was Complementary to the law that followerd , and each law had his own impact on the society and the The beginnig Algérien social disintegration .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن الاستعمار الفرنس ي في الجزائر تميز عن باقي الدول الوروبية المستعمرة، بأنه استعمار استيطاني يتملك الرض وينتزعها من اصحابها الاصليين ويجعلها سوقا مفتوحا أمام الوروبيين، وذلك من خلال اصداره مجموعة من القوانين المجحفة التي زعزعت أواصر المجتمع الجزائري. ولعل أبرز هذه القوانين قانون سينا ت وس كونسيلت 1863 ، وقانون وارني 1873 بالضافة الى قانون 1897 ، فكان كل قانون مكمل للقانون الذي يليه وكان الهدف والغاية منها واحد وهو خدمة الاستيطان. فنتج عن هذه السياسة العقارية انعكاسات أثرت على المجتمع وكانت بداية للتفكك الاجتماعي.	en_US
