| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر والتحقق من هذه الفرضيات، حيث استخدمنا استبيانين الأول خاص بالثقافة التنظيمية والثاني خاص بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية على عينة مكونة من 40 موظفا بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية تيارت اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي يتلاءم مع دراستنا، وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: هناك ارتباط بين الثقافة التنظيمية وسلوك الم واطنة التنظيمية لدى عينة الدراسة. |
| Description: | The aim of this study was to identify and verify the relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behaviour of the Algiers Telecommunications Foundation employees. We used two questionnaires, one on organizational culture and the other on organizational citizenship behaviour, on a sample of 40 employees of Algiers Telecommunications Foundation in the State of Tiaret. There is an association between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior in the study sample. |
