| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف عن كیفیة تأثیر الاكتئاب ما بعد الولادة على التوافق الزواجي من خلال العلاقة الزوجیة وذلك بمركب الأمومة والطفولة بولایة تیارت ,طبقت الدراسة على حالتین تعاني من اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة, واعتمدناعلى المنهج العیادي ودراسة حالة باستخدام الأدوات التالیة في دراستنا كالمقابلة العیادیة النصف الموجهة والملاحظة العیادیة ومقیاس بیك للاكتئاب ومقیاس التوافق الزواجي. بحیث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن الإستجابة الإكتئابیة لدى المرأة حدیثة الولادة تأثر على التوافق الزواجي. |
| Description: | The study aimedat trying to identify how postpartum depression affects marital adjustment through the martial relationship in the mother _child complex of the state ofTIARET. Thestudy was applied two cases suffering from postpartum depression .and we relied on the clinical approach and a case study using the following tools in our study .such as the clinical interview _the clinical observation _the beck depression scale and the marital adjustment scale. So that the results of the study revealed that the depressive response of the newly born woman negatively affected the marital adjustment as a result of its impact on the maritalrelationship |
