To give readers a comprehensive idea of the topic, so that the teacher is exposed during his educational career to a kind of stress that destroys his creative and educational sense and kills his career enthusiasm, today's teachers urgently need psychological support and immunization therapy, which must accompany him for fear of falling into psychological burnout and the formation of a successful competent learner free from contract. |
