| Abstract: | إن عملية تنمية الصادرات خارج المحروقات في الدول المصدرة للنفط عنصر هام وداعم للنمو الاقتصادي وذلك لما له من آثار ايجابية على الميزان التجاري، كما تمثل الصادرات المكون الرئيسي لحصيلة الدولة من العملة الصعبة، والجزائر كدولة نامية ومصدرة للنفط تحاول سلك مسلك تنويع صادراتها والاتجاه نحو التخلص من التبعية البترولية لتجنب آثار الأزمات الاقتصادية وبالتالي العمل على ترقية الصادرات غير النفطية باعتماد آليات مختلفة، وخير مثال على ذلك العمل على تشجيع التجارة الخارجية، وهذه الورقة البحثية تتناول كيفية مساهمة التجارة الخارجية في تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات بالجزائر، وكذلك الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر باعتباره استراتيجية وطنية لترقية التجارة الخارجية |
| Description: | The process of developing exports outside hydrocarbons in the oil-exporting countries is an important and supportive element of economic growth because of its positive effects on the trade balance. Exports represent the main component of the state’s hard currency earnings, and Algeria, as a developing and oil-exporting country, is trying to take a path of diversifying its exports and the trend towards getting rid of Petroleum dependency to avoid the effects of economic crises and thus work to promote non-oil exports by adopting different mechanisms, and the best example of this is work to encourage foreign trade, and this research paper deals with how foreign trade contributes to the development of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria, as well as foreign direct investment as a national strategy To promote foreign trade. |
