| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الجديد الذي جاء به التعديل الدستوري ل2020 بالنسبة للبرلمان كأحد السلطات الدستورية المهمة باعتباره ممثلا للإرادة الشعبية من خلال إسناد أعضاء البرلمان سواء الأغلبية البرلمانية التي أصبحت تتبوأ مكانة خاصة أو تعزيز حقوق المعارضة البرلمانية بإعطائها حقوقا جديدة تمكنها من أداء مهامها التشريعية والرقابية على عمل الحكومة , فما اثر هذه المكانة وهذه لحقوق الجديدة على عمل البرلمان وما هي النقائص المسجلة والاقتراحات التي تمكن من تفعيل دور البرلمان. |
