Abstract:	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الجديد الذي جاء به التعديل الدستوري ل2020 بالنسبة للبرلمان كأحد السلطات الدستورية المهمة باعتباره ممثلا للإرادة الشعبية من خلال إسناد أعضاء البرلمان سواء الأغلبية البرلمانية التي أصبحت تتبوأ مكانة خاصة أو تعزيز حقوق المعارضة البرلمانية بإعطائها حقوقا جديدة تمكنها من أداء مهامها التشريعية والرقابية على عمل الحكومة , فما اثر هذه المكانة وهذه لحقوق الجديدة على عمل البرلمان وما هي النقائص المسجلة والاقتراحات التي تمكن من تفعيل دور البرلمان.
Description:	This study aims to show the new statement of the constitutional amendment of 2020 for Parliament as one of the important constitutional authorities as a representative of the popular will by assigning members of Parliament, whether the parliamentary majority, which has become a special place, or strengthening the rights of the parliamentary opposition by giving it new rights that enable it to perform its legislative and oversight functions on the The work of the government, what is the impact of this status and these new rights on the work of Parliament and what are the recorded shortcomings and suggestions that enable the activation of the role of Parliament.
