| Abstract: | التعامل التجاري الدولي خصوصا في البيوع التجارية افرز مستندات عديدة لا يستغنى عنها في التداول التجاري بحيث لا يكتمل تنفيذ العقد إلا بتسليم هذه المستندات أو نقلها . كما أن عقود التجارة الدولية وتمر بمراحل متعددة إلى غاية تنفيذ العقد ، تصدر خلالها مستندات بعضها له علاقة بالمتعاقدين وبعضها الأخر في علاقة أطراف العقد بالغير كالبنوك وشركات التامين والنقل ، بعضها معاصر للمفاوضات ذاتها ، بعضها الأخر لاحق علي التفاوض وسابق على إبرام العقد النهائي ، والبعض الأخر يكون أثناء تنفيذ عقد البيع الدولي للبضاعة . |
| Description: | Dealing international trade, especially in the commercial sales emptied many levels indispensable in trading so that they do not complete the implementation of the contract only to deliver these documents or transferred . As to contracts of international trade include the huge deals and phase of negotiations to end the execution of the contract, issued through the levels or engines written some unrelated contractors and others in the relationship of the parties to the contract jealous such as banks and insurers, transportation, some of the negotiations themselves, each other later I think I'll at the conclusion of the final contract, others have during the execution of the contract for the international sale of goods . |
