dc.description.abstract	التعامل التجاري الدولي خصوصا في البيوع التجارية افرز مستندات عديدة لا يستغنى عنها في التداول التجاري بحيث لا يكتمل تنفيذ العقد إلا بتسليم هذه المستندات أو نقلها . كما أن عقود التجارة الدولية وتمر بمراحل متعددة إلى غاية تنفيذ العقد ، تصدر خلالها مستندات بعضها له علاقة بالمتعاقدين وبعضها الأخر في علاقة أطراف العقد بالغير كالبنوك وشركات التامين والنقل ، بعضها معاصر للمفاوضات ذاتها ، بعضها الأخر لاحق علي التفاوض وسابق على إبرام العقد النهائي ، والبعض الأخر يكون أثناء تنفيذ عقد البيع الدولي للبضاعة .	en_US
