| Abstract: | يتناول الموضوع محل الدراسة مجموعة الإشكالات القانونية الممثلة في النزاعات التي ثتيرها نظام براءة الإختراع باعتبارها جزء جوهري و أساسي تنتهي بدورها لمجموعة حقوق الملكية الصناعية، و نظرا لأن هذه الأخيرة تحوز أهمية بالغة خاصة إذا ما علمنا أنها أساس وجود الثورة الصناعية و العلمية و التكنولوجية التي يشهدها العالم اليوم اضافة إلى سعي أصحابها إلى تسجيلها ومه كل عوامل إلى نظر الخلافات التي ترتبها هذه البراءات و طرق الفصل فيها، و ذلك للحفاظ على حقوق ذوي الشأن |
| Description: | The subject of the study deals with the legal problems represented in the disputes that the patent system presents as an essential and fundamental part of the industrial property rights group. The latter is especially important if we know that they are the basis of the industrial, scientific and technological revolution witnessed The world today, in addition to seeking to register the owners of all factors to consider the differences arising from these patents and ways of separation, in order to preserve the rights of stakeholders. |
