dc.description.abstract	يتناول الموضوع محل الدراسة مجموعة الإشكالات القانونية الممثلة في النزاعات التي ثتيرها نظام براءة الإختراع باعتبارها جزء جوهري و أساسي تنتهي بدورها لمجموعة حقوق الملكية الصناعية، و نظرا لأن هذه الأخيرة تحوز أهمية بالغة خاصة إذا ما علمنا أنها أساس وجود الثورة الصناعية و العلمية و التكنولوجية التي يشهدها العالم اليوم اضافة إلى سعي أصحابها إلى تسجيلها ومه كل عوامل إلى نظر الخلافات التي ترتبها هذه البراءات و طرق الفصل فيها، و ذلك للحفاظ على حقوق ذوي الشأن	en_US
