| Abstract: | في 12 ديسمبر 2015، وبعد أربع سنوات من المفاوضات المكثفة، اعتمد الأعضاء ال196 في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ بتوافق الآراء معاهده دولية جديدة تتعلق بالمناخ أطلق عليها اتفاق باريس"Paris Agreement". ويمثل اعتماد هذا النص خطوة رئيسية في مجال حماية المناخ و إطاراً قانونيا لتنظيم عمل المجتمع الدولي لحماية المناخ بعد العام 2020، وهو يتضمن على أحكام بشأن سياسة التخفيف، والتمويل المناخي، والشفافية، والإبلاغ والاستعراض، وآليات التعاون الدولي، فضلا عن أقسام أخرى عن التكيف وبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا. |
