Résumé:	في 12 ديسمبر 2015، وبعد أربع سنوات من المفاوضات المكثفة، اعتمد الأعضاء ال196 في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ بتوافق الآراء معاهده دولية جديدة تتعلق بالمناخ أطلق عليها اتفاق باريس"Paris Agreement". ويمثل اعتماد هذا النص خطوة رئيسية في مجال حماية المناخ و إطاراً قانونيا لتنظيم عمل المجتمع الدولي لحماية المناخ بعد العام 2020، وهو يتضمن على أحكام بشأن سياسة التخفيف، والتمويل المناخي، والشفافية، والإبلاغ والاستعراض، وآليات التعاون الدولي، فضلا عن أقسام أخرى عن التكيف وبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا.
Description:	On December 12, 2015, after four years of intensive negotiations, the 196 members of the UNFCCC adopted by consensus new international climate treaties called the "Paris Agreement". The adoption of this text represents a major step in climate protection and a legal framework To regulate the work of the international community to protect the climate after the year 2020, It is contains provisions on mitigation policy, climate finance, transparency, reporting and review, and international cooperative mechanisms, as well as other sections on adaptation, capacity building, technology transfer
