| Abstract: | لما كانت شفافية ونزاهة العملية الانتخابية هي التعبير الواضح والسليم عن أحد أشكال ممارسة الشعب لسيادته، فإحاطة هذه العمليات بالأحكام القانونية الضامنة لذلك يعد أمرا بالغ الأهمية، من هنا جاءت دسترة الهيئة المراقبة لذلك، والتي تضم قضاة وممثلين عن المجتمع المدني. وقصد ممارسة أعضاء الهيئة لمهامهم بكل استقلالية أحاط المؤسس والمشرع الهيئة وأعضاءها بالعديد من الضمانات. |
| Description: | Since the transparency and integrity of the electoral process is the clear and proper expression of one of the forms of the pople ‘s exercise of sovereignty, surrounding these operations with the legal provisions guarantor of it , is very important. Hence constitution of the monitoring body came, which includes judges and representatives of civil society. The purpose of the members of the Commission to exercise their functions with all independance, the founder and the legislator took the authority and its members with many guarantees |
