| Résumé: | لما كانت شفافية ونزاهة العملية الانتخابية هي التعبير الواضح والسليم عن أحد أشكال ممارسة الشعب لسيادته، فإحاطة هذه العمليات بالأحكام القانونية الضامنة لذلك يعد أمرا بالغ الأهمية، من هنا جاءت دسترة الهيئة المراقبة لذلك، والتي تضم قضاة وممثلين عن المجتمع المدني. وقصد ممارسة أعضاء الهيئة لمهامهم بكل استقلالية أحاط المؤسس والمشرع الهيئة وأعضاءها بالعديد من الضمانات. |

Hence constitution of the monitoring body came, which includes judges and representatives of civil society. The purpose of the members of the Commission to exercise their functions with all independance, the founder and the legislator took the authority and its members with many guarantees |
