Abstract:	الإصلاح الدستوري ضرورة قانونية وسياسية في جميع الأنظمة الدستورية ، ولقد تعددت الدوافع والأسباب الداعية لعملية الإصلاح بين الدوافع السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، وبالبحث عن الدوافع الاجتماعية نجدها تختلف من مجتمع لآخر فلكل مجتمع خصوصياته التي تميزه عن بقية المجتمعات ، هذه الدوافع كثيرة لا يمكن حصرها إلا أن أهمها يتلخص في دافعين ، يتعلق الأول بانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية، أما الثاني فهو مرتبط برغبة أفراد مجتمع ما بالبحث عن نظام اجتماعي عادل يحفظ لهم كرامتهم ويصون حريتهم .
Description:	Constitutional reform, legal and political in all constitutional systems need to, and have varied motives and reasons for the reform process between the political, economic and social motives, and the search for social motives found vary from one society to another Each many peculiarities which distinguish it from the rest of the communities, society, these motives can not be confined only to the most important It boils down to, arguing, first relates to violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, and the second is linked to the willingness of members of the community searches for a just social system that preserves their dignity and protects Their freedom .
