| Résumé: | يعتبر أغلب الباحثين أن التنمية المحلية هي حركة شعبية واعية و مخططة تهدف إلى رفع مستوى معيشة السكان المحليين في منظومة متكاملة مع السياسات العامة للحكومة المركزية، وحتى تتمكن الجماعات المحلية من الوصول إلى تحقيق هذه التنمية في ظل موارد التمويل المحلية المحدودة، فهي مطالبة بتحسين إدارتها المالية وكذا تقوية مواردها البشرية التي تمكنها من استغلال امثل لمختلف الموارد وبصور عقلانية وكفاءة تحاكي تنمية مستدامة محلية تخص الجماعات المحلية ممثلة بالولاية والبلدية |
| Description: | Most researchers consider that local development is a conscious and planned grassroots movement that aims to raise the standard of living of the local population in an integrated system with the general policies of the central government. In order for local communities to achieve this development with limited local funding resources, they are required to improve their management as well as strengthening their human resources to enable them to make optimal use of various resources in a rational and efficient manner that simulates local sustainable development of local communities represented by the state and the municipality |
