| Résumé: | إن التغيرات الحاصلة في عالمنا المعاصر سواء من منظور التكتلات الاقتصادية أم من ناحية التحالفات السياسية، أم من ناحية ظهور العولمة وما تبعها من انفتاح، أبانت عن دور المجتمع المدني كشريك أساسي للحكومة، وكمساهم في تحقيق التنمية وفي تحمل المسؤولية. غير أن فاعلية المجتمع المدني مرهون بتوفر مجموعة من المتطلبات لتعزيز مكانته ودوره، ولمعرفة مستوى هذا المجتمع لابد من اخضاعه لمقاييس ومعايير تحدد مستواه؛ حتى يحقق طموحاته وغاياته التي قام من أجلها. الكلمات المفتاحية: العولمة، المجتمع المدني، الحكومة، التنمية، المتطلبات، المقاييس |
| Description: | The changes taking place in our contemporary world, whether from the perspective of economic blocs or in terms of political alliances, or in terms of the emergence of globalization and its subsequent openness, demonstrated the role of civil society as a primary partner of the government, and as a contributor to development and in taking responsibility. However, the effectiveness of civil society depends on the availability of a set of requirements to enhance its position and role. To know the level of this society, it must be subject to standards and criteria that define its level in order to achieve its aspirations and goals for which it was established. key words: Globalization, civil society, government, development, requirements, standards. |
