| Abstract: | لعلّ أهم سمـــــــات العصر الراهن التغييـــر المتسارع في كل مجالات الحياة، بما في ذلك التسارع في التوجــــه نحو الإقتصـــــاد المعـــــــــرفي. بإعتبار أن المعرفة فاعـل ديناميكي ومقـوم أساسي للنمــو الإقتصـادي في جميع دول العالم. كما أن الإعتـــراف بالمعـرفــــــــة كمـــــورد استــــراتيــــجي ومـــــــوردا هـــــامــا من الأصـــــول الغير المـــادية، شكل العديــد من التحديــــــات أمام إدارة المعرفــة من خـلال إعادة النظر في أولـــويــــتاتها. ونظراً لأهمية الذكاء البشري في تطور الحضارات ونمو الإبداع فقد سعى علماء الحاسب الآلي إلى تصميم برامج تحاكي الذكاء وتؤدي بعض المهام التي يقوم بها البشر، وعليه كان لابد من استـحـــداث تطبيقات تكنـــولوجيـــة، بما في ذلك تطبيقـــات الذكــاء الصناعـــي بغــــرض الاستفادة من المعرفة وحفظـها وإتاحتـــها بطريقـــة آليـــة في ظل مجتمع المعرفة. بنــــاءا على ذلك إلى أي مدى سيــــؤثـــــر استخــــدام تقنيات الذكاء الصناعي في إدارة المعـــــرفة؟ |
| Description: | Perhaps the most important characteristic of the current era is the rapid change in all areas of life, including the acceleration in the trend towards a knowledge economy. Considering that knowledge is a dynamic actor and an essential component of economic growth in all countries of the world. Also, the recognition of knowledge as a strategic resource and an important resource of intangible assets, posed many challenges to knowledge management by reconsidering its priorities. Given the importance of human intelligence in the development of civilizations and the growth of creativity, computer scientists have sought to design programs that simulate intelligence and perform some of the tasks performed by humans. Therefore, it was necessary to develop technological applications, including applications of artificial intelligence, for the purpose of benefiting from knowledge, preserving it and making it available in an automated in the knowledge society. Accordingly, to what extent will the use of artificial intelligence techniques affect knowledge management? |
