| Abstract: | تتناول هذه الدراسة قراءة في البراديغم الجديد للفعل الأخلاقي الذي أرسى معالمه الفيلسوف الألماني إمانويل كانط ، عندما ربطه بمبادئ متعالية تحرره من أي أبعاد مادية وميولات سيكولوجية شخصية ،محاولا بهذا النظر الفلسفي العميق تصحيح توجهات سابقيه في نظرياتهم الأخلاقية التي حسب تصوره قد سلكت دربا خاطئا ، ومن جهة أخرى سعى إلى إعطاء الأخلاق نزعة كونية وشمولية يحكمها العقل والواجب لا المنافع والرغبات ، ليصبح النظر للأخلاق بوصفها قانونا عقليا ثابت وهذا ما يضفي عليها طابع الكمال |
| Description: | This study deals with a reading in the new Paradigm of the moral sc behavour which was built by the German philosopher Immanuel Kant . He connected this behavour with Transcendent Principles that free it from any physical dimensions and personal psychology tendencies , trying by this deep philosophical view correcting the philosophical directions of its predecessors , which , according to their perception , took the wrong path . In an other side , he sought to give morals a universal and a general tendency which ruled by mind and duty no benefits and desires , to view morality as a fixed mental law , which gives it the character of perfection |
