| Résumé: | تعد قضية الماء الزراعي من أصعب الرهانات للسياسية الزراعية الفرنسية بالجزائر أولت لها الدولة أهمية كبرى منذ السنوات الأولى للاحتلال، وعمدت إلى استغلاله بشكل أمثل، مما يوافق توجهاتها الزراعية، وزادت أهمية هذه المادة الاستراتيجية بعد اتساع المساحات الكولونيالية، وتزايد عدد المعمرين وتنامي المستوطنات وانسيابها في الريف الجزائري، وما وافقها من تنوع كبير في المحاصيل الزراعية بعد النجاحات المحققة في مجال الزراعية المدارية، والازدهار المتواصل لزراعة الحبوب، والنمو المطرد في زراعة الكروم، في ظل زيادة الطلب الفرنسي على المنتج الجزائري. هذه الدراسة تساهم في إماطة اللثام عن أهم المشاريع الفرنسية الكبرى في مجال الري الزراعي بالجزائر، وكشف الأهداف الحقيقة من ورائها، ومدى مساهمتها في إعطاء النقلة النوعية للاقتصاد الكولونيالي الزراعي بالجزائر |
| Description: | Colonial Policy In the field of Agricultural Irrigation in Algeria, 1830- Abstract: The issue of agricultural water is one of the most difficult bets for the French agricultural policy in Algeria. The country has given it great importance since the early years of the occupation and it has utilized it optimally in harmony with its agricultural orientations. The importance of this strategic material has increased after the expansion of the colonial areas. The growing number of colonials and the growth of settlements and their flow in the countryside and the growth in the agricultural sector as a result of the successes achieved in the field of tropical agriculture, the continued prosperity of grain farming, and the steady growth in viticulture, as French demand for Algerian products increased .This study contributes to uncovering the most important French projects in the field of agricultural irrigation in Algeria, revealing the real objectives behind them, and their contribution in giving the qualitative shift of the agricultural colonial economy in Algeria |
