Résumé:	يتناول هذا البحث دراسة عن المذهب الظاهري ( ابن حزم الأندلسي ) الذي انتشر في بلاد الأندلس على عهد ملوك الطوائف ثم بعدها في المغرب على عهد الدولة الموحدية والذي قام على أساس الأخذ بظاهر النص والاعتماد عليه كأصل من أصول العلوم لا سيما في الفقه الاسلامي ، ثم انتقل هذا الأصل إلى علوم الأخرى وعلى غرارها اللغة العربية التي تأثر ثلة من علماؤها بهذا المنهج وعلى رأسهم ابن مضاء القرطبي والذي أقام ثورة على النحاة من خلال كتابه ( الرد على النحاة ) وكيف انعكست أفكاره الظاهرية على اللغة العربية .
Description:	This research deals with the study of the virtual doctrine (Ibn Hazm Andalusi), which spread in the country of Andalusia under the sect kings and then in Morocco at the time of the Almowahad state, which was based on the adoption of the apparent text and rely on it as an asset of science, especially in Islamic jurisprudence, This origin, then moved to other sciences, namely the Arabic language, which influenced a number of its scientists in this approach, headed by the son of Muthaa ElQurtubi, who revolutionized the grammarians through his book (Responding to the grammarians) and how his ideas reflected on the Arabic language
