dc.description.abstract	يتناول هذا البحث دراسة عن المذهب الظاهري ( ابن حزم الأندلسي ) الذي انتشر في بلاد الأندلس على عهد ملوك الطوائف ثم بعدها في المغرب على عهد الدولة الموحدية والذي قام على أساس الأخذ بظاهر النص والاعتماد عليه كأصل من أصول العلوم لا سيما في الفقه الاسلامي ، ثم انتقل هذا الأصل إلى علوم الأخرى وعلى غرارها اللغة العربية التي تأثر ثلة من علماؤها بهذا المنهج وعلى رأسهم ابن مضاء القرطبي والذي أقام ثورة على النحاة من خلال كتابه ( الرد على النحاة ) وكيف انعكست أفكاره الظاهرية على اللغة العربية .	en_US
