| Abstract: | كان للظاهرة الحضرية في الجزائر والوتيرة السريعة التي تطورت بها وما نتج عنها من مظاهر متعددة الأبعاد أن ظهرت الحاجة المستمرة لفهمها وتعريفها وضبط محدداتها، وهو ما يشكل تحدي استراتيجي للسلطات لوضع أطر التحليل المناسبة وإنتاج معايير ملائمة لتعريف المدينة -التي كانت صنيعة الديناميكة الحضرية- في ظل ارتباط هذه العملية بالفعل التنموي للدولة. |
| Description: | The urban phenomenon in Algeria, the rapid pace with which it developed, and the resulting multidimensional manifestations, have shown the constant need to understand, define and control its determinants. This repesents a strategic challenge for the authorities to develop appropriate analytical frameworks and produce appropriate criteria for defining the city .This process is indeed linked to the development of the state.
