| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الأخلاقية بأبعادها في تعزيز الثقة في القائد في المديرية العامة لتوزيع الغاز والكهرباء بباتنة، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 75 عامل، هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تصورات العاملين لممارسة سلوكيات القيادة الأخلاقية وثقتهم في القائد كانت بشكل متوسط، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك ارتباط قوي بين القيادة الأخلاقية والثقة في القائد، بينما لم يدخل سوى ثلاثة أبعاد في التأثر على الثقة في القائد وهي النزاهة، مشاركة السلطة، الاهتمام بالاستدامة |
| Description: | This Study aims to identify the role of ethical leadership in its dimensions in strengthening trust in Leader in the General Direction of Electricity and Gas in Batna, and a questionnaire was adopted to collect data from the sample of 75 employees, This study found that employees' perceptions of practicing ethical leadership behaviors and their trust in leader were average. The study also found that there is a strong correlation between moral leadership and trust in leader, while only three dimensions have been affected in influencing the confidence in the leader, namely integrity, Power sharing, Concern for sustainability |
