| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع المرافقة المقاولاتية للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر عن طريق عرض مختلف الياتها، و سيتم التركيز على الوكالة الوطنية لتشغيل الشباب ANSEJ. و خلصت الدراسة إلى التعرف على آليات المرافقة المقاولاتية التي تتمثل في حاضنات الأعمال، الحاضنات التكنولوجية، مراكز التسهيل، مشاتل المؤسسات، المقاولة الصناعية و الامتياز التجاري. توصلت الدراسة ايضا الى معرفة اهمية الوكالة الوطنية لتشغيل الشباب التي ساهمت سنة 2017 في خلق اكثر من 888069 منصب شغل مباشر، و تمويل اكثر من 372386 مشروع |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the reality of entrepreneurship accompanying small and medium enterprises in Algeria by presenting its various mechanisms, and will focus on the National Agency for Youth Employment ENSEJ. The study concluded to identify the mechanisms of business accompaniment, which are business incubators, technology incubators, facilities centers, nurseries institutions, industrial contracting and commercial excellence. The study also found out the importance of the National Agency for Youth Employment, which in 2017 contributed to the creation of more than 888069 direct jobs, and the funding of more than 372386 projects |
