| Abstract: | "بانسجام التشريع يتحقق الاستقرار القانوني في الدولة"، ففي سبيل إرساء دولة القانون، تم تأسيس" "المجلس الدستوري" و الذي يعد هيئة مستقلة تتمثل مهمتها الأساسية في إخضاع القانون للقواعد العليا التي ينشئها الدستور، و يكون ذلك من خلال الرقابة التي يمارسها على النصوص القانونية لضمان صحة العمل البرلماني، عن طريق التحقق من مدى توافق القوانين المعروضة عليه مع القواعد المكرسة في الدستور، و بالتالي إجازتها للصدور أو التطبيق الصحيح. |
| Description: | “By harmonizing legislation, legal stability is achieved in the state.” For the sake of establishing the rule of law, the Constitutional Council was established, which is an independent body whose primary mission is to subject the law to the supreme rules established by the constitution, and that is through the control it exercises over legal texts To ensure the correctness of parliamentary action, by verifying the extent to which the laws presented to it are in conformity with the rules enshrined in the constitution, and thus approve them for proper promulgation or implementation. |
