| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية على ترشيد الخدمات وذلك من خلال معرفة طبيعة العلاقة ما بين الإدارة الالكترونية وترشيد الخدمات في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (40) مفردة، ولقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى انه يجب تعريف الأفراد العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة بمفهوم الإدارة الالكترونية وبأهمية تطبيقها، والعمل على تحسين قدراتهم على استخدام برمجياتها المختلفة، فهذه المؤسسة لديها نقص في الوعي نحو هذا المفهوم، بالإضافة إلى النظر إلى الإدارة الالكترونية كوسيلة لإتمام الأعمال بدلا من اعتبارها مجرد أدوات |
| Description: | The aim of the study is to know the effect of the application of electronic management on the rationalization of services by knowing the nature of the relationship between the electronic management and rationalization of services in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Medea. in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the sample members (40) The use of the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data so that the study found that the individuals working in the institution under study should be defined in the concept of electronic management and the importance of their application, and work to improve their abilities to use their various software, Have a lack of awareness of this concept, in addition to looking at electronic management as a means of doing business rather than just tools |
