dc.description.abstract	أخلاقيات الأعمال كحقل للدراسة نمت بشكل كبير في ظل زيادة الاهتمام بها على المستوى المحلي والعالمي. لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض وتقديم الإطار الفكري والنظري للأخلاقيات الأعمال التي صممت من اجل تطوير مهارات التفكير والتحليل وكذا توفير لغة مشتركة لمناقشة القضايا الأخلاقية بالمؤسسات، لتحديد السلوك المناسب والمقبول. ولقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن عدم وجود سياسات وإجراءات ومدونات ومحفزات فعالة وواضحة للسلوك الأخلاقي داخل المؤسسة أدى إلى تعدد المعضلات الأخلاقية التي تجعل المؤسسة في حالات معقدة يصعب فيها التمييز بين السلوك الصائب او الخاطئ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Business ethics as a field of study has grown significantly with increased attention at the local and global levels. Therefore, this study aims to present and present the intellectual and theoretical framework of ethics, which is designed to develop thinking and analysis skills, as well as to provide a common language to discuss ethical issues in institutions to determine appropriate and acceptable behavior. The study concluded that the lack of effective policies, procedures, codes and incentives for ethical behavior within the company led to multiple ethical dilemmas that make the company in complex situations where it is difficult to distinguish between right or wrong behavior	en_US
