| Résumé: | إدارة الموارد البشرية من بين أهم الوظائف الحيوية في العصر الحديث لما لها من ميزة في تنظيم وتسيير المورد البشري، ولقد ازداد الاستعانة به في تجسيد معالم العولمة وكفاءة الانتاج وتعظيمه مع العمل على تدنية التكاليف الى ابعد حد ممكن، هذا الاخير الذي اصبح الشغل الشاغل في منظور المؤسسة بالبحث عن السبل الكفيلة لتأهيله وتميزه، لمواكب المنافسة العالمية للأسواق والمنتجات من قبل الدول المتقدمة والناشئة. الجزائر كغيرها من الدول النامية تسعى الى بعث الفكرة على المستوى الوطني من خلال تمكين المؤسسات بالمشاركة في المعارض الوطنية والاجنبية، قصد الاحتكاك مع نظرائها للاستفادة من تجاربهم في التميز الوظيفي للعنصر البشري |
