Abstract: | L’objet de cet article est d’analyser l’environnement concurrentiel qui régit l’industrie agroalimentaire, en particulier le secteur des boissons non alcoolisées en Algérie. Étant un secteur dynamique et concurrentiel, la prise en compte des éléments qui le régisse est un avantage considérable pour l’entreprise qui souhaite être compétitive et performante. L’analyse des données collectées sur l’intensité concurrentielle de ce secteur démontre que l’investissement dans l’innovation, le marketing, la maîtrise des coûts et le partenariat seraient des options stratégiques que les concurrents en place pourraient envisager pour renforcer leurs positions. The purpose of this article is to analyze the competitive environment that governs the food industry, particularly non-alcoholic beverages sector in Algeria. Being a dynamic and a competitive sector, taking into account the elements that govern it is a considerable advantage for the company that wants to be competitive and efficient. The analysis of the data collected on the competitive intensity of this sector shows that investment in innovation, marketing, cost control and partnership would be strategic options that the competitors in place could consider to strengthen their positions. |
