Résumé:	تطرَقنا في هذا العمل إلى ماهية القيادة الأخلاقية وحاولنا بحث تأثيرها على تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لأهمية المفهومين وتأثيرهما على المنظمة كونهما سينعكسان على أداء الموظفين. من أجل دراسة واقع القيادة الأخلاقية والرضا الوظيفي قمنا بإسقاط الدراسات النظرية على بنك السلام لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية وأخذ عينة مكونة من 73 موظفا حيث تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان و توصلت النتائج إلى تأكيد وجود تأثير لتطبيق مبادئ القيادة الأخلاقية للمسؤولين على تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للمرؤوسين لكن درجة هذا التأثير أقل من متوسطة. هذه النتائج تدفعنا إلى التوصية بضرورة إظهار المزيد من الاهتمام بأهمية ممارسات القيادة الأخلاقية بجميع أبعادها: الصفات الشخصية، السلوكات الإدارية والوظيفية وسلوكيات التوجيه وانعكاسها الايجابي على البنك على جميع المستويات والعمل على تعزيز مفهوم العدالة ودعم المرؤوسين مهنيا في البنك
Description:	Abstract In this work we have addressed the topic of ethical leadership where we have tried to examine its impact on job satisfaction due to the importance of these two concepts and their impact on the organization as they will be reflected on performance employees. In order to study the reality of ethical leadership and job satisfaction, we established an empirical study among employees of the bank "assalam " as a case study through a sample of 73 employees. Data were collected through a questionnaire which served as a study tool. The results confirm that the application of ethical leadership has an effect on job satisfaction, but the degree of this effect is below average. For that, the bank needs to show more attention to the importance of ethical leadership in all its dimensions to consolidate the values of fairness and professional support of subordinates in the bank Keywords: ethical leadership, job satisfaction, ethics, Assalam bank.
