Abstract: | Actuellement de nombreuses organisations cherchent à évoluer et être compétitives en adoptant de nouveaux modes de travail et de management. Toutefois, elles sont sujettes à de nombreux problèmes managériaux complexes tels que, la fuite des talents, l’insatisfaction, l’inertie et le manque d’implication. Tout cela se traduit souvent par un dysfonctionnement des pratiques managériales adoptées par l’entreprise. L’intranet, dont l’importance est méconnue par beaucoup d’entreprises Algériennes, peut en être un remède. Le complexe GP1Z Sonatrach a pu l'exploiter efficacement et en tiret profit dans l’implication de ses salariés. However, they are subject to many complex managerial problems such as talent flight, dissatisfaction, inertia and lack of employee involvement. All this is often results by a malfunction of management practices adopted by the company. The intranet, whose importance is unknown by many Algerian companies, can be a remedy. The GP1Z Sonatrach complex was able to use it effectively for the involvement of its employees. |
