| Résumé: | تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى دور التكوين المقاولاتي في إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وانطلقنا من التساؤل الذي مفاده ما مدى مساهمة التكوين المقاولاتي في إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر؟ هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الدور الذي يمكن ان يلعبه التكوين المقاولاتي وكذا البرامج التكوينية في إرساء المعارف اللازمة لقيام المشاريع والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وضمان استمراريتها وكفاءتها. هذا وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: رغم مساهمة التكوين المقاولاتي في تعزيز الروح المقاولاتية إلا أننا لاحظنا ضعف في تطور وتيرة إنشاء وبعث المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر. الانجليزية: |
| Description: | In this study, we touched on the role of entrepreneurial training in establishing small and medium enterprises, and we proceeded from the question that what is the contribution of entrepreneurial formation to the establishment of small and medium enterprises in Algeria? This study aimed to clarify the role that entrepreneurial training as well as training programs can play in establishing the necessary knowledge for establishing small and medium enterprises and enterprises and ensuring their continuity and efficiency. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Despite the contribution of the entrepreneurial formation to the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit, we noticed a weakness in the development of the pace of establishing and resurrecting small and medium enterprises in Algeria. |
