| Abstract: | هدف موضوعنا "استراتيجيات التعليم النشط ودوره في الأداء التربوي" هو استخدام طرق تدريس حديثة في العملية التربوية لخلق فرد نشط وواعي كما انها تؤدي إلى اكتساب مهارات وخبرات ضمن الموقف التعليمي التعاوني بين المتعلمين لتحقيق المشاركة الفعالة والمثابرة لاكتشاف المعرفة واكتسابها، ومع تطور عملية التعليم تتغير ادوار كل من المعلمين والمتعلمين في العملية التعليمية، حيث أنه كان يتمحور حول دور المعلم في إلقاء المعلومات وحشوها في ذهن المتعلم، مع مرور الزمن تغيرت هذه الإستراتيجية إلى نمط جديد أكثر إيجابية ونجاعة والتي تجعل من المتعلم مركز الاهتمام فيتم إشراكه في سيرورة هذه العملية لتحقيق الأهداف والكفاءات المنشودة بنفسه، ويلعب التعلم النشط دورا مهما في الأداء التربوي حيث يجعل من المتعلم عنصرا فعالا داخل الحجرة الدراسية بالتطبيق العملي يمارس ما يتعلمه أو يبحث عنه، مما ينشط التفكير السليم وينمي المواهب وتقوية القدرات وتبادل الآراء ويحرك الجانب الإبداعي لديه ويجعل من المعلم مبدعا وباحثا ومنتج لطرق واستراتيجيات جديدة. |
