| Abstract: | مسألة الاهتمام بالتعليم الرقمي لم تعد محل جدل لأي منطقة من العالم،كما أنها لم تعد ظاهرة محلية أو إقليمية فقط بل غدت ظاهرة عالمية،لما لها من دور بارز ومتميز في دعم مسيرة التعليم الفعال والتنمية المستدامة. وباعتبار التقنية التكنولوجية والمعرفية تساهم على نحو مباشر أو غير مباشر في تحقيق التغذية بين برامج التنمية البشرية،الاجتماعية،الاقتصادية والسياسية فتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات أصبح أمر لابد منه في مجال التعليم العالي،وتطوير قواعده وعصرنته بما يواكب التطور العالمي.بالإضافة إلى تمكين الفاعلين في مجال التعليم من أداء أدوارهم على نحو فعال يتناسب وحركة التغيير التكنولوجي التي طرأت على الجامعات الجزائرية ،فرقمنه التعليم خطوة بالغة الأهمية للنهوض بالتنمية الشاملة والمستدامة والسير بها قدما في جميع المجالات للحفاظ على استمرارية مؤسسات التعليم العالي وتأكيد استجابتها للمتغيرات التي تحيط بها. |
| Description: | The interest issue in digital education is no longer controversial in any part of the world besides is no longer a local or regional Phenomenon.But it has become a global one Phenomenon because it has a Prominent role in supporting effective Education and Sustainable Development. Considering that technological and cognitive technology contributes directly or indirectly to achieving nutrition among human, Social, Economic and Political development programs, the application of information technology has become an imperative in the field of higher education, and the development of its rules and modernization in line with global development. In addition to empowering actors in the field of higher education. The field of education is able to perform their roles effectively in line with the technological change that has occurred in Algerian universities. The digitization of Higher Education is a very important Step to advance comprehensive and sustainable development and move it forward in all fields to maintain the continuity of Higher Education and scientific research institutions and to confirm their response to the changes That surround them. l |
