| Résumé: | يعتبر العنصر البشري محور العملية الإدارية ومصدر رئيسي في العملية الانتاجية فهو أكثر الموارد إمكانية لتحقيق التمييز والتفوق إذ ماتمت القيادة الفعالية له بشكل مستمر ومتكامل فان اختيار أسلوب القيادي الأمثل ينسجم مع قدرات وخبرات وتطلعات العاملين ، وتحقيق الاهداف للأفراد والمنظمة لن يتم الا من خلال ادراك دوافع الموظفين ورضاهم الوظيفي. هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، وقد حدد المجتمع الدراسة في موظفي المفتشية الجهوية للعمل بتيارت وتم اختيار العينة بلغ عددها 21 موظف، من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا اليها ان النمط الديمقراطي السائد في المفتشية والذي له أثر كبير على رضا الموظفين. |
| Description: | The human element is considered the centerpiece of the administrative process and a major source in the productive process as it is the most possible resources to achieve excellence and excellence it is under the leadership effective to him continuously and integrated, the choice of the optimal leadership method and in line with the capabilities, experiences and aspirations of the employees and achieve the goals of individuals and organization that is done only through the realization of the motivations of the employees and their job satisfaction The aim of the study is to identify the role of administrative leadership in achieving job satisfaction and the community has identified a study in the regional inspectors of work Tiaret and selected a sample of 21 employees of the most important results we have reached that the democratic pattern prevailing in the inspectorate and has a significant impact on the satisfaction of the workers |
