| Résumé: | ان وسيلة الدفع هي تلك الوسيلة لبمقبولة اجتماعيا من اجل تسهيل المعاملات الخاصة بتبادل السلع والخدمات وكذلك تسديد الديون ، ولقد سمح التطور التكنولوجي بابداع وسائل دفع حديثة ، والتي تولدت عن تطور شبكة الانترنت وبروز التجارة الالكترونية مما سمحت هذه الوسائل باختصار الوقت والتكلفة وبروز التجارة الالكترونية مما سمحت هذه الوسائل باختصار الوقت والتكلفة وتحقيق مزايا لم تتمكن وسائل الدفع التقليدية من تحقيقها ولكن هذا لايعني انها تخلو من العيوب فقد حملت في طياتها عدة عراقيل تهدد المعاملات التجارية الالكترونية خاصة الجرائم الالكترونية وجرائم البطاقات البنكية أما في الجزء التطبيقي فقد حاولنا من خلاله معرفة واقع استخدام وسائل الدفع الالكترونية بالاعتماد على بيانات الاستبيان التي تعبر على اراء عينة من موظفي البنوك وتمت معالجة تلك البيانات باستخدام برمجة SPSS واستعمال ادوات التحليل الإحصائي. |
| Description: | The method of payment is the most acceptable method in societies, which facilitates transactions relating to the exchange of goods, products, and services, as well as the payment of debts. Indeed, the development of technologies promoted some modern tools of payments due to the rise of electronic trade and the advancement to the Internet web. Which allowed these methods to reduce time and cost, price, and to reach benefits that the traditional payment method was not able to achieve. However, this does not mean that it doesn’t include any defects, as it carries several risks to electronic transactions that are related to electronic crimes and bank cards' piracy. The most updated methods of payment in the Algerian popular loan are in Saida agencies. Concerning the practical part, we have tried to explore the authentic methods of payment that are used at The Algerian Public Loan in Saida. Based on the gathered Data from the questionnaire that expresses a diversity of opinions i.e. sample of 50 agent working in the Bank Agency. The findings was analysed through the use of software SPSS and other tools of the statistical analysis. |
