| Résumé: | تعتبر البنوك من الركائز الأساسية التي تقوم عليها اقتصاديات الدول ولهذا أصبحت الحوكمة البنكية من أهم الموضوعات المطروحة حاليا والأكثر حيوية وذلك لدورها في المحافظة علي سلامة واستقرار النظام البنكي فقد توصلنا في هذه الدراسة بعنوان متطلبات إرساء الحوكمة في البنوك الجزائرية إلي واقع تطبيق الحوكمة في البنوك الجزائرية وأهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتفعيلها من خلال الدور الذي يلعبه البنك المركزي والهيئات الرقابية في تفعيل الحوكمة كتوفر الإطار الرقابي والقانوني والحرص علي المراجعة الداخلية والخارجية للبنوك ، كما يعود التطبيق السليم والجاد لمبادئ الحوكمة له شأن في أن يساعد علي إدارة البنوك وتنظيمها. |
