| Résumé: | يعتبر المورد البشري من أهم العناصر الفعالة في عملية الإنتاج التي تتضمن سير المنظمات،حيث تولى أغلب المؤسسات اهتماماً كبير به،وتعمل على توفير اليد العاملة المؤهلة والكفاءة، وتحرص على تدريبيهم وإكسابهم مختلفة لعمالها وتنمية الثقة وإحساس بروح المس ؤولية لديهم،وتحقيق رضاهم الوظيفي لأن ذلك يعود على المؤسسة بتحسين الأداء الموظفين، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة الحوافز بنوعيها المادية والمعنوية كنظام يساهم في تطوير عمل الأفراد وزيادة قدرتهم المعنوية،وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على الحوافز المقدمة لعمال قطاع الصحة العمومية خاصة في ظل جائحة كورونا،حيث أن الوضع يستدعي إلى ضرورة أيجاد نظام حوافز فعال يتماشى مع الوضع الحالي لقطاع الصحة ليساهم في رفع أداء العاملين به. |
| Description: | The human resource is one of the most important effective elements in the production process that includes the functioning of organizations, where most institutions pay great attention to it, and work to provide qualified and efficient labor, and are keen on training them and providing them with different skills for their workers, developing confidence and a sense of responsibility for them, and achieving their job satisfaction because that It benefits the institution by improving the performance of employees, hence the idea of incentives, both material and moral, as a system that contributes to developing the work of individuals and increasing their moral capacity. This study came to shed light on the incentives offered to workers in the public health sector, especially in light of the Corona pandemic, as the situation calls for the necessity of Finding an effective incentive system in line with the current situation of the health sector to contribute to raising the performance of its employees . |
