| Résumé: | يسعى هذا البحث لإبراز أهمية التواصل في الوسط المدرسي ومدى تأثيره على مختلف العمليات والوظائف الإدارية والتعليمية من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه وتدريب وتقويم واتخاذ قرارات وغيرها، ففي المدرسة يشكل التواصل بين الإدارة والمعلمين، وبين الإدارة وأفراد المجتمع المدرسي من مشرفين وأولياء التلاميذ وغيرهم مؤشرا لمدى كفايتها التحصيلية والاجتماعية والعاطفية؛ فالتواصل هو بمثابة العصب الحيوي للمدرسة، وهو الذي يبعث الحياة في أطرافها ويدفعها نحو تحقيق أهدافها. |
| Description: | Abstract: This research seeks to highlight the importance of communication in the school environment and the extent of its impact on the various administrative and educational processes and functions of planning, organizing, directing, training, evaluation, decision-making, etc., in the school, communication between the administration and teachers, and between the administration and members of the school community, including supervisors, pupils' parents and others, is an indicator of their academic and social adequacy. Emotional; Communication is the vital nerve of the school, and it is the one that brings life to its edges and pushes it towards achieving its goals. |
