dc.description.abstract	يسعى هذا البحث لإبراز أهمية التواصل في الوسط المدرسي ومدى تأثيره على مختلف العمليات والوظائف الإدارية والتعليمية من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه وتدريب وتقويم واتخاذ قرارات وغيرها، ففي المدرسة يشكل التواصل بين الإدارة والمعلمين، وبين الإدارة وأفراد المجتمع المدرسي من مشرفين وأولياء التلاميذ وغيرهم مؤشرا لمدى كفايتها التحصيلية والاجتماعية والعاطفية؛ فالتواصل هو بمثابة العصب الحيوي للمدرسة، وهو الذي يبعث الحياة في أطرافها ويدفعها نحو تحقيق أهدافها.	en_US
