| Résumé: | إن تحرير تجارة الخدمات المصرفية و المالية في ظل التغيرات اقتصادية العالمية تساهم في إزالة القيود و العراقيل التي تحول دون حرية النشاط المالي على المستوى المحلي و الدولي. ويعد القطاع المالي و المصرفي من أكثر الأنشطة استجابة لهذه التغيرات وقد بدأت تلك الملامح تتضح أكثر في إطار العولمة وموجة التحرير المصرفي الذي انتهجته العديد من دول العالم . كان لانتشار ظاهرة العولمة آثار بعيدة المدى على مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية، حيث أدت إلى إعادة صياغة العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية على النحو الذي فرض كثيرا من التحديات لاسيما أمام الأنشطة المصرفية و المالية، والجزائر من بين الدول التي تسعى لمواجهة التحديات من أجل اتخاذ الخطوات الملائمة التي تساعدها على الانخراط في الاقتصاد العالمي و مواجهة المنافسة التي تفرضها البنوك العالمية. |
| Description: | The liberalization of the banking and financial services trade in light of the global economic changes contributes to the removal of restrictions and obstacles that prevent the freedom of financial activity at the local and international levels. The banking and financial sector is one of the most active in response to these changes. These features have become more evident in the context of globalization and the wave of banking liberalization adopted by many countries in the world. The spread of the phenomenon of globalization has had far-reaching effects on various economic activities. It has led to the re-formulation of international economic relations, which has imposed many challenges, especially for banking and financial activities. Algeria is one of the countries that seeks to meet the challenges in order to take appropriate steps to help it. Engage in the global economy and face the competition imposed by global banks. |
