| Abstract: | تهدف المذكرة الى مدى مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنمية السياحية في الجزائر تعد المؤسسات الحرفية والخدمات السياحية موقًعا هاًما في عالمنا المعاصر نتيجة التحولات العالمية والتي تعتبر من أبرز أشكال المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي ترتبط بالتنمية السياحية، وهي تمتلك قدرة فعالة في تسريع سيرورة تقديم الخدمات والاستجابة لتطلعات السياح ومن هذا المنطلق قامت الجزائر تشجيع الاستثمار في قطاع السياحة. غير ان المجهودات المبذولة لا تزال بعيدة عن مستوى القدرات والإمكانيات المتاحة وذلك للواقع المتردي الذي تعيشه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع السياحة وهذا ما حال دون تحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة بها، لذا لابد من إعادة القطاع للنهوض بالصناعة السياحية وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. |
| Description: | This thesis aims to show us the contribution of small and medium enterprises to the development of tourism in Algeria. Craft institutions and tourist services are considered to be one of the most important forms of small and medium enterprises which are associated with the development of tourism . They have the ability to accelerate the process of service delivery and respond to tourists' expectations. Therefore, Algeria has encouraged investment in the tourism sector. However, the available efforts made are still far from the level of capacities and the abilities lived by small and medium enterprises in the tourism sector, which prevent the achievement of sustainable tourism development. As matter of fact, we have to re promote the tourism industry and take care of small and medium enterprises sector and develop it. |
