| Résumé: | من خلال دراسة فعالية السياسة المالية وقدرة تاثيرها على سعر الصرف في الجزائر وذلك في معالجة الاختلالات المطروحة ، حيث تبين الدراسة بان كان لها الدور الكبير في معالجة الاختلالات المذكورة ابتداءا من صدور قانون النقد والقرض 10-90 الرامي إلى التجديد والاصلاح في المنظومة المصرفية وتاثير هذا الاخير على نظم سعر الصرف ، الذي اعطى حافزا جديدا للمعاملات الخارجية ، وقد نميز التطور المالي الحاصل خلال مرحلة دراسة الموضوع من 1990-2015 والوضعية المالية التي وصلت اليها الجزائر فسمح هذا الى تراكم احتياطات صرف قوية لدى بنك الجزائر ، فاثر على ميزان المدفوعات وساهم في التخفيض من الدين الخارجي. |
