| Résumé: | يعد التقدم التكنولوجي من العوامل المساعدة في تطوير وعصرنة المنظومة المصرفية. وفي ضوء الإستخدام الواسع لتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال تعاظم الاهتمام بالصيرفة الإلكترونية فأصبحت البنوك تنظر إليها على ا فرصة لزيادة الربحية والحصة السوقية للمصارف، وذلك من خلال تبني أنظمة ووسائل دفع حديثة بغية الرفع من كفاءة وأداء الخدمة المصرفية. فعصرنة المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية أصبح ضرورة ملحة لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في العالم، وكانت أول خطوات الحداثة في النظام المصرفي الجزائري تبني مشروع SATIM ثم إنشاء شبكة النقدية RMI ومشروع البطاقة البنكية CIB، ومن ثم تبني أنظمة الدفع والتسوية الحديثة كنظامARTS و SWIFT ونظام ATCI وغيرها. |
| Description: | Technology progess is a contributing factor in the development and modernization of the banking systeme, in view of the use information technology and communication with electronic scanners banks has been it as an opportunity to increase profitabulity market share of banks, though the adoption of modern payment systeme and methods in order to increase the efficiency and performance of banking service. The modrnization of the algerian banking systeme has become an urgent necessites to keep pace with developments in the world, the first steps of modernity in the Algerian banking system were the adoption of the SATIM project, then the establishment of a cash network RMI, and a bank card project CIB, and the adoption of the system of payment and settlement limits such as SWIFT system, ARTS and ATCI system and others . |
